WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese healing tradition which means Universal Life Force Energy. It is used for stress reduction and relaxation and promotes the body's self healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.
Rei which means "God's Wisdom”
and
Ki which means "Life Force Energy".
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects including relaxation, peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
Reiki is truly a gift and it can be learnt by anyone. Anne-Maree is a compassionate and thorough Reiki Master Teacher (Level 4) with significant teaching/practitioner experience, the appropriate Reiki Lineage and she adheres to the ARC Code of Ethics.
REIKI LEVEL 1
Learn the first level of this honourable energy healing tradition to qualify you to treat yourself, your friends and your family and set up a sacred healing environment.
There are no prerequisites. It is easy to learn and incorporate into your day-to-day life. It the physical body.

Level 1 is the prerequisite for Level 2 which enables you to practice Reiki as a practitioner.

Become a Practitioner and Learn Three Reiki 2 Sacred Symbols. Commence your own professional practice, double your energy, increase your level of healing and learn how to use symbols to enhance your life and the lives of others.
