Our nutritionist teaches and empowers clients to live a future of health and longevity through awareness and understanding of all areas of nutrition, health, and wellbeing by taking a holistic, bio-individual approach to every client. After considering current health symptoms, body systems, physical health, emotional wellbeing, habits, lifestyle and goals, an individualised plan is formulated to create overall wellbeing. We use iridology, pathology testing, and assessments to help prescribe herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, flower essences and dietary/lifestyle changes. We often use iridology to assist in diagnosing toxicity, under function, overactivity and bodily systems that need support.
